Mike Esfarjani (President)
Mike has been involved in the welding business for more than twenty years. He worked for various fabrication shops across Canada. Settling in Grande Prairie, Mike felt he could offer the industry a fresh new way of fabricating products. He was able to take what he had learned along the way and apply it to his own operation. In February 2004, Propipe Manufacturing was formed, operating out of a small 3000 square foot shop. Within one year, the shop had become too small to handle the scope of work the company had acquired. At that point Propipe was able to expand to the present 15,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility, located in Grande Prairies McRae Industrial park. Mike continues to strive to build the company to service larger and more diverse customers. Mikes continual drive for improvement has allowed the company to make significant advances over his competition.

Rob Hanrieder (Vice President)
Rob graduated from Grande Prairie Regional College in Marketing & Management. He began his oilfield career with Baron Oilfield Supply in 1996 where he worked his way up to Operations manager of 13 locations throughout Alberta, BC and Sask. Rob was offered a position with Propipe Manufacturing as the Vice President and joined the Propipe team in April 2005. He brought with him ten plus years experience in the oil & gas supply sector. Rob continues to add value to the Propipe organization with his strong leadership and financial focus for the business.

Jackie Lizotte (VP of Operations)
Jackie joined the team in May 2006 as our Safety Manager and rapidly progressed to become our VP of Operations. Jackie brings to the team a strong skillset in business leadership and operations. In addition to these skills Jackie is a Nationally recognized Safety Officer.

Dylan Deagle (Manufacturing Shop Manager)
Dylan has 8 years of experience in vessel manufacturing and his extensive knowledge in general fabrication are a valuable asset. Dylan is proactive and extremely resourceful when it comes to problem solving. His assertive leadership skills have helped him to motivate his team and have earned him the position of Manufacturing Shop Manager.

Brad Lypkie (Field Operations Manager)
Brad joined Pro-Pipe in January 2006. He brought 22 years experience of oilfield service with him. He started as Field Supervisor and is now Field Operations Manager.

Norm Strach (Field Superintendant)
Norm joined with Pro-Pipe in September 2005. He brought with him 27 Years Oilfield Experience in all areas from construction, Shop Fabrication, Maintenance & Installations.

Rob Craig joined Propipe in January of 2007. He came from Baron Oilfield supply where he had managed a supply store and brings with him 10+ years of experience in the Oilfield Supply Industry.

Gary fisher leads the fully integrated Propipe Quality Control team that ensures all of the project deliverables are fully compliant to job and industry specifications.
